The book of Hosea presents one of the most vivid pictures of God’s relentless love in the face of human unfaithfulness. Through the life and ministry of the prophet Hosea, God provides a living parable of His covenant relationship with Israel—a relationship marked by divine faithfulness despite Israel’s persistent unfaithfulness. This CORE Seminar will explore the major themes of Hosea, including God’s covenant love, the consequences of sin, and the hope of redemption. We will consider how Hosea’s message anticipated the grace ultimately fulfilled in Jesus Christ.
