HONDURAS MISSION

FBC Portland continues to support missional endeavors in Honduras. At times we have partnered with other missions agencies and with other churches as we continue to minister to the people of Honduras. During these mission trips, our team has been involved in both work projects and sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sharing the Gospel has included: distributing Bibles, hosting VBS for children, and offering special worship services for whole communities. These services have included preaching, a time of fellowship, and showing Christian films.

Work projects involve working to improve living conditions across rural areas. Most of the rural areas that we have ministered to are the poorest of the poor. Construction projects can include new church buildings, schools, homes, water projects, and more.
