Our ministry has a role for you! Whether it’s greeting students with a warm smile or doing something behind the scenes, you could make a huge and lasting impact on the next generation for the glory of God.
At First Baptist, we strive to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who encounters our student ministry. Because of this, there are a few things we require of every volunteer:
Comply to (and pass) a background check.
Be an FBC member for at least three months.
Abstain from alcohol during their season of serving.
Sign our Volunteer Handbook.
For any questions about serving FBC Students, please contact our Mike Byrd at mike@fbcportland.org.
